Brenda Shropshire, is a freelance writer and lifestyle coach, as well as President and founder of Healthy Solutionz ® at http://www.healthysolutionz.com. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in health and fitness and a master’s degree in education. She has served as “Wellness Director” for Maritz inc, and provided consulting services and presentation packages for many large and small companies including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, United Health Care of the Midwest, Extreme Fitness Gyms and the Guilford County Mental Health Department. Brenda’s family includes a 4-year old dachshund mix named Rudy and a horse named Willy.
